Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance companies and policies vary, we can only estimate your benefit in good faith. We cannot guarantee your benefit due to the complexities of insurance contracts. In some cases, insurance companies will pay our office directly, while in other cases, they may pay the subscriber directly. As a service to our patients, we submit claims to the insurance companies for services rendered. In the event insurance benefits are not paid as anticipated due to policy termination, change of benefits, etc., you will be responsible for any unpaid insurance benefit. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, please notify us as soon as possible so we can submit the appropriate claims in a timely manner.
